After creating initial renders and tests to secure the job, my role on this feature-length doc was to produce photo-real recreations of the Boeing’s infamous 737 plane disasters, and the events leading up to them. It was a big task, and we ended up delivering a total of 120 shots, adding up to over 13 minutes of 4k renders.
Premiered at the Sundance film festival.

A new title sequence for HBO’s sci-fi series Avenue 5. Creator Armando Iannucci wanted a flip on season 1, where the ship was alone in the darkness. We hit on the idea of the sun flaring bright, then eclipsing around a moon to resolve on Dean Ware’s original type design.

Richard and Dean at the The Morrison Studio got me in to execute the new title sequence for HBO's sci-fi series Avenue 5. Creator Armando Iannucci wanted a flip on season 1, where the ship was alone in the darkness.
A design and animation that was intended for a streaming release of a documentary. The idea stems form the ancient Egyptians concept of time being represented by a circle, so each band on the design represents a particular age. We were able to plot the times of major events on a spiral, as working out from the centre, each unit in cms represented 10 years in scale. Wasn’t used in the end as there was too much type in English to change for all international markets.
An earlier iteration with colours reminiscent of old textbooks
